1. Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how USN (Unfiltered Sports Network), operated by Deckard Enterprise International LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies on usn.network and related services. Cookies are small files placed on your browser or device that help websites function, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve security.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the website to work properly. They may support page navigation, form submission, security, spam prevention, session handling, and payment checkout functionality. Essential cookies cannot usually be disabled through the website without affecting site functionality.

Analytics Cookies

USN does not currently use analytics cookies or any third-party analytics or tracking technology. The Platform currently sets only essential cookies and a single first-party referral cookie (see Referral Cookies above). If USN begins using analytics cookies in the future, this policy will be updated first, and consent will be requested before any such cookies are set, consistent with Section 4 below.

Payment and Security Cookies

When users interact with payment flows, Stripe or another payment processor may use cookies or similar technologies for fraud prevention, payment processing, checkout security, and compliance. USN does not store full credit card or banking information.

Preference Cookies

We may use preference cookies to remember choices such as cookie settings, form preferences, display options, or other site preferences.

Referral Cookies

When you arrive through an athlete's referral link, USN sets a single first-party cookie (usn_ref) that remembers the referral code for up to 30 days. This lets us correctly attribute a later athlete verification to the athlete who referred you, in support of the Athlete Referral Program. It is first-party only, is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and is not shared with third parties.

Advertising Cookies

USN does not currently use advertising cookies for behavioral advertising. If USN later uses advertising pixels, retargeting tools, or cross-context behavioral advertising, we will update this Cookie Policy and provide required notices and choices where applicable.

3. Third-Party Services

Some cookies or similar technologies may be set by third-party service providers that help us operate the website and services, including: hosting and website tools; analytics providers; payment processors such as Stripe; email and form providers; security and anti-spam tools; app store or embedded media links if used. These third parties may process information according to their own privacy and cookie policies.

4. Cookie Consent and Your Choices

USN currently uses essential, strictly necessary cookies (session handling, security, payment checkout) plus a single first-party referral cookie that remembers an athlete referral code for up to 30 days. USN does not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. You may see a brief notice on the site letting you know that essential cookies and a referral cookie are used; that notice is informational and does not ask you to accept or decline anything.

Before USN introduces any non-essential cookies (such as analytics or advertising cookies), this Cookie Policy will be updated and a real consent mechanism, letting you accept or decline before any such cookie is set, will be added to the site. You do not need to take any action today to opt out of anything, because nothing non-essential is currently active.

You may still manage cookies through your own browser settings at any time. Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or limit cookies. Disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality including forms, login, and payment checkout.

5. Global Privacy Control and Similar Signals

Where required by applicable law, USN will honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control for applicable activities.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers send Do Not Track signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to these signals, USN may not respond to all Do Not Track signals unless required by law.

7. Updates to This Policy

USN may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date.
